We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, because we deal in digital products (source code) and custom development services, our refund policy has specific conditions that are necessary to prevent misuse.

Source Code Purchase — Refund Policy

We sell digital source code bundles (Android VPN APK in Kotlin + PHP Admin Panel). Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is:

Once source code has been downloaded or deployed, no refund is available under any circumstances. This is standard industry practice for digital/software products because the product cannot be "returned".

Wallet balance added to your admin panel account is non-refundable because:

If you believe you were incorrectly charged (duplicate charge, amount mismatch), contact us with your Razorpay Order ID and payment screenshot within 48 hours and we will investigate.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at vpn@mitkar.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
  2. Include your Razorpay Order ID, purchase date, and amount.
  3. Provide a detailed description of the issue with screenshots or video proof.
  4. Allow 72 hours for initial review and response.
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Payment gateway fees (typically 2–3% of transaction amount) are deducted from any approved refund as they are non-recoverable from Razorpay or other gateways.
