Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using vpn.mitkar.com (the "Platform"), purchasing our source code, accessing the admin panel, or engaging our development services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neon Tunnel VPN, operated by Santosh Singh Subba (OM / HeloBABA). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Services Provided
Neon Tunnel VPN provides the following services through vpn.mitkar.com:
- Admin Panel Access Web-based VPN management dashboard for managing servers, VPN users, resellers, sub-admins, and payments.
- Source Code Purchase Sale of Android VPN application (Kotlin) and PHP Admin Panel source code bundles under a commercial license.
- Live Demo Access to test admin panel, sub-admin, and reseller accounts for evaluation purposes.
- Developer Hire Service Custom development, consultation, and technical support services.
- Guest Chat Customer inquiry and support channel on public pages.
Source Code License Terms
This is a commercial license. Purchasing our source code grants you specific rights defined below. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the codebase.
What You Are Granted
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code for building and deploying your own VPN business application.
- Right to rebrand and customize the application with your own brand name, colors, logos, and domain.
- Right to deploy on your own servers and serve your own VPN users.
- Right to use the source code for one production deployment (single business entity). Additional deployments require additional licenses.
- Access to the specific version of the source code purchased; future updates are not automatically included unless specified in the package.
What You Are NOT Permitted To Do
- Resell the source code as-is to third parties without explicit written permission.
- Redistribute or share the source code publicly (GitHub, forums, file sharing sites).
- Use the source code to build a competing source code selling platform.
- Remove, hide, or modify copyright notices and attribution within the source code.
- Use the code for illegal activities, including unauthorized network access, cyber attacks, or activities prohibited under applicable law.
- Claim ownership of the original intellectual property or represent the code as your own creation.

Payment Terms
- All payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) via Razorpay and other supported payment gateways. Display prices in other currencies are for reference only.
- Payment must be completed in full before source code or services are delivered.
- All transactions are final and non-reversible through the payment gateway unless a refund is explicitly approved under our Refund Policy.
- Payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- For wallet topup in the admin panel, credits are added only after payment is verified and confirmed by our payment verification system.
- Wallet balances in the admin panel are non-withdrawable and can only be used for PIN generation, VPN user management, and sub-operations within the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
You agree NOT to use the Platform for:
- Any activity that is illegal under Indian law, international law, or the laws of your country.
- Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or personal data (hacking, phishing, DDoS).
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code through VPN servers managed on our platform.
- Evading law enforcement using our platform's VPN tools.
- Generating fake transactions, test payments, or fraudulent orders with real payment credentials.
- Creating multiple demo accounts to abuse the free demo access.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract algorithms from our platform beyond what is purchased.
- Using the platform to spam, harass, or defraud other users or third parties.
- Impersonating Neon Tunnel VPN or the developer to mislead users or customers.
Intellectual Property
All content on vpn.mitkar.com including but not limited to the platform design, UI, code architecture, documentation, feature catalog, branding, and marketing materials is the exclusive intellectual property of Santosh Singh Subba (Neon Tunnel VPN).
Purchasing source code grants you a commercial use license, not ownership. The original codebase, architecture, and design patterns remain the intellectual property of the creator.
You retain full ownership of any custom code you write on top of the purchased codebase, as long as it does not infringe on the above restrictions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all source code are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- Source code will work perfectly in all environments without customization.
- Third-party payment gateways will be continuously available.
- VPN protocols will bypass all network restrictions in all countries.
We provide technical support to help resolve issues, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. See our Disclaimer for full details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Tunnel VPN (Santosh Singh Subba) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Platform or source code.
- Payment processing errors or gateway failures.
- Data loss, server failures, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
- Third-party actions, VPN blocking, or legal restrictions in your country.
- Losses resulting from prohibited activities as described in these Terms.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any admin account, without prior notice, if we determine (at our sole discretion) that:
- You have violated these Terms of Service.
- You have engaged in prohibited activities.
- Your account has been used for fraudulent transactions.
- Your account poses a security risk to the platform or other users.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused balance unless explicitly provided under our Refund Policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
